ld.so.1: schconfig: fatal: libnqutilitygeneric.so: open failed: No such file or directory

I was getting the below error while trying to configure the scheduler

HOST$:(/export/home/obidev2)
>$BI_HOME/setup/sa-init64.sh
HOST$:(/export/home/obidev2)

HOST$:(/product/obidev2/OracleBI/setup)
>./common.sh
HOST$:(/product/obidev2/OracleBI/setup)
>schconfig
ld.so.1: schconfig: fatal: libnqutilitygeneric.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed

Gave another try by sourcing the environment:

HOST$:(/product/obidev2/OracleBI/setup)
>sa-init64.sh
HOST$:(/product/obidev2/OracleBI/setup)
>common.sh
HOST$:(/product/obidev2/OracleBI/setup)
