Incorrect Configuration for log_archive_dest_2 parameter:
change the VALID_FOR=(ALL_LOGFILES,ALL_ROLES)
to
VALID_FOR=(ONLINE_LOGFILES, PRIMARY_ROLE)
Standby:
SQL> show parameter log_Archive_dest_2
NAME TYPE VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
log_archive_dest_2 string service=orcl VALID_FOR=(ALL_LOGFILES,ALL_ROLES) DB_UNIQUE_NA
ME=orcl
change it to:
SQL> alter system set log_archive_dest_2= 'service=orcl VALID_FOR=(ONLINE_LOGFILES, PRIMARY_ROLE) DB_UNIQUE_NAME=orcl';
System altered.
On Primary:
